Hi if you have bought the phone recently you must be wanting to make use of the large screen of the samsung star and watch some videos or movies in your phone , when I first bought the phone I had some trouble finding out the best video conversion settings cause unless you don't have the files in 3gp or mp4 you have a problem. Let me tell you guys that although this phone has a resolution of 240x400 pixels video formats dont work so dont waste your time in doing that like I did. The following are the best video conversion settings which I have discovered .
First of all you need a good video converter , the best one I found is Xmedia Recode here is the link XMediaRecode.
Now the follwing :
Custom Settings -> 3gpp format (you can also choose mp4 but the quality is same and takes a lot of time to convert too) then the most important thing h264/avc , this is the best quality , and make sure to make the aspect ration 16:9 and enjoy !!
